Who is Dani?

A trusted investing educator

I'm Dani! A mama, investor, and someone who has spent over a decade working in green and impact finance. I've sat on both sides of the investing table: structuring funding for projects that matter, and building my own portfolio while navigating the realities of investing from a smaller market.

Having lived and worked between the Netherlands and Curaçao, I've seen how investing can feel surprisingly inaccessible — whether you're investing from an island like Curaçao or simply trying to make sense of the financial world in the Netherlands.

There's the financial jargon we were never taught in school. The need to navigate international markets, currencies and platforms. And investment tools that can feel like they were designed for professional day traders rather than everyday people.

That's why I started Coffee & Capital: to make global financial markets easier to understand, more approachable, and more accessible — wherever you're starting from, whether that's Curaçao, the Netherlands, or somewhere in between.
